Fukubegadake PA on the down line of Tokai Hokuriku Expressway is a parking area with a snack menu full of originality. At the restaurant of Nable Minami-kan, you can enjoy Kakuni-don and Ramen using homemade stewed pork which has been boiled for more than 2 hours. Kakuni Ramen is made by adding Kakuni’s broth to Okumino Koji chicken soup to create a deeper flavored soup. Barbeque pork and fermented bamboo roots are also handmade in the in-store kitchen. At Mukashi Natsukashii Teahouse, grilled rice balls that are carefully baked while adding Gujo Tamari (Dark soy sauce) twice to a large Koshihikari rice ball from Gujo are popular. Dumpling-shaped Gohei-mochi, which is made by kneading Koshihikari from Gujo, is coated with Egoma miso and added with Egoma, walnuts, and peanuts. You can enjoy the flavor and crunchy texture. You can enjoy the taste of hometown such as Hida beef skewers, Hida beef croquettes, and Meiho Frankfurters. In addition to the processed agricultural products such as Gujo’s local miso, local soy sauce, and Hoba miso, and pesticide-free blueberries in the summer from local Minami-cho Sugihara line up at the shop. It is a place where you can enjoy Gujo food during your drive.
