Gujo local sake Genbun made from a gift from flowers, flower yeast.

It was founded during the era of the eigth generation Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune in 1740. We make sake using natural flower yeast extracted from local rice, water, and natural flowers. (All prepared with flower yeast) Please enjoy the blessings of flowers and nature.
