Mr Yoshibei Hirano, the founder of the sake brewery of Bojoh, is known as a person who has devoted himself to sake with his wife. The second generation named that sake "Bojoh". That spirit has been passed down to the present day, and we are working hard everyday to brew sake which brings out people emotion and joy. Our current president himself is taking charge of even shipping and sales, and is working to develop products meeting the voices and requests of each consumer. We use water from Kokindenju-no-sato for everything from brewing water to washing rice and washing tools. Since our founding, we have continued to brew sincerely while protecting basic brewing techniques.
