Organic Café Kari
A vegan restaurant on a small highland in the southern part of Shirotori, Gujo. We offer a pure and vegetarian menu with all vegetables and rice grown by natural farming methods. All ingredients do not use synthetic additives or chemical seasonings, and traditional seasonings. We are also introducing vegetarian diet by developing a vegan menu that will satisfy not only vegetarians but also meat lovers.
