We keep everything handmade and homemade as much as possible. We choose seasonings and ingredients which are kind to our customers' body and the nature. We do not choose ingreidents wihch contain additives, and we make and grow them ourselves. Our secret seasoning is the delicious air of Itoshiro making everyone smiles. We sometimes work in the fields or outside, so I would appreciate it if you could contact me before you come. Music events and yoga classes are held irregularly.
