A handmade Udon and Soba restaurant has been in business for over 70 years in Shinmachi, a downtown area of Gujo Hachiman. Buckwheat flour and natural mountain yam are all locally produced. Natural mountain yam soba is seasonal and is so delicious that it sold out very soon.
