A Japanese and Western confectionery store Nakasho Seika (Nakasho Confectionery), which has continued for three generations, is located next to Former Hachiman Government Building Memorial Hall on the banks of Yoshidagawa River running through the center of the town. We have been favored by the local people as a confectionery store in the city. Gujo Odori, a cinnamon-flavored sweet in the shape of Ayu fish, and baked milk-flavored cake Yachiku named with one of the songs in Gujo Odori, are both long-loved Nakasho flavors. Tasting a clear jelly "Seiryu-no-shizuku" (Summer limited), while hearing the sound of the water town of Gujo Hachiman, can make you smile. Please come and purchase your souvenir of Gujo Hachiman. Decoration cakes with seasonal fruits are displayed the show window. Please feel free to drop by when you come to Gujo Hachiman.
