Izumizaka located in the middle of Gujo Hachiman and castle town, uses clean water and ingredients grown with all the love of the producers. We provide seasonal cuisines with reasonable prices for visitors to stop by during sightseeing. You can enjoy Hida beef A4 and A5 grade steaks, Okumino Koji chicken, wild vegetables, and Kei-chan as well as local sake. Hoba miso, which uses plenty of green onions and vegetables with miso and grilled with thick Hida beef, and Gujo-yaki with local green onions, are popular because of the sweetness of local green onions. You can see grilling in front of you at the counter seats, and many people come from outside the prefecture to try our dishes.
