The first X-ray room with Greek architecture in the prefecture

This building is built as a hospital in 1904. Of the four buildings, a nurse building, a Western-style main building, and a X-ray building were registered as national cultural properties in 1998. The main building is constructed with plastered walls of trusses, and the landscape at the time of construction is still preserved. The nurse building on the left of the main building is made from old lumber from houses of Edo era. The museum exhibits wonderful works from both inside and outside the city every season. Please come and see this old hospital built in Meiji era and the exhibition room reborn as a gallery.
