Meiho Ski Resort is the closest ski resort to Gujo Hachiman and is one of the largest ski resorts in the western Japan area.
You can enjoy a super long ski route with a maximum distance of 5,000m from the mountaintop at an altitude of 1,600m. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the Northern Alps. All 13 unique ski routes are available for anyone from advanced skiers to beginners.

The size of the kids’ park “Shaun the Sheep Snowland” at Meiho Ski Resort is also the largest in western Japan!
You can enjoy snow activities on a spacious slope using sleds, tubes, and snow striders. A moving belt is installed, so you can climb more easily and play as much as you want!
Not only children but also adults can return to their childhood and enjoy themselves here! Some families come here only for playing at this kids’ park.
